Foxcroft Facilities

The clubhouse is available to residents for private parties, receptions, and other group functions subject to the Association regulations, procedures, conditions and fees. The clubhouse rental does not include use of the shelter.  Contact the Clubhouse Director to make a reservation to use the clubhouse. Please note, the Foxcroft Homeowner, or renter of record, is financially responsible for the clubhouse, must sign all Clubhouse Rental Agreements, and must be present at the function.

Shelter

The Foxcroft shelter is also available for rental by residents for private parties, receptions, and other group functions subject to the Association regulations, procedures, conditions and fees.  Its rental does not include the use of the clubhouse.  

Pool

The Foxcroft Pool opens Memorial Day weekend to all Foxcroft Homeowners and their families and closes after Labor Day weekend.

Schedule:
Monday – Saturday 10 AM – 9 PM
Sunday 11 AM – 9 PM

Scheduled hours are modified when schools are in session. The pool is closed to residents during SAIL events typically held two Thursday evenings during swim team season (early June to early July).

The pool is accessed using a key fob system.  Contact the Pool Director for more information.

Guest Fees: The fee is $1.00 per person for all local guests, regardless of age. A guest must be invited and accompanied by a resident. The resident must be an adult if the guest is under 13 years of age. There is no fee for out-of-town, over-night guests. Grandchildren and their parents are also exempt from the guest fee, but their grandparent (resident) must accompany them.

Pool Rental: The pool is available for rental by residents over 21 years old only for their personal, private parties or events after pool hours until 11:59 p.m. Contact the Pool Director for more information.

Tennis and Pickleball Courts

Foxcroft has two tennis courts and four pickleball courts available to residents. Adults have priority for use of the courts on weekends, holidays, and after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. The Athletic Director may authorize special events from time to time.  Residents must purchase a key for $10 to have access to the courts.  Contact the Athletic Director for more information.

Reservation sign-up sheets are posted in advance during the main season. 

Basketball Courts, Soccer Field, Ball Field and Volleyball Courts

Foxcroft has a basketball court, a volleyball court, a soccer field and ball field available for use by Foxcroft residents.  

Playground

Foxcroft has a playground for use of children of residents aged 12 and under.  The playground has a curfew of 11 p.m.
